The hotel was a real letdown for me. The rooms were not well taken care of, with a broken lamp, sticky floor, dirty windows, and bedspreads reeking of smoke. The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking, and I found someone else's clothing inside. It was just gross overall. The service was hit or miss, unable to assist me with my reservation and frequently unavailable at the front desk. However, the location was okay, despite being empty and filthy early in the morning. The dining offerings were a little light, with just a few granola bars and apples, but at least the facilities were acceptable.
